Pixoria is an independent third-party application that integrates with Etsy's API. You are solely responsible for ensuring your products and listings comply with all Etsy policies.
What Pixoria Does
- ✅ Generates SEO-optimized titles, tags, and descriptions using AI
- ✅ Connects to your Etsy shop via secure OAuth authentication
- ✅ Creates draft listings directly in your Etsy shop (with your permission)
- ✅ Analyzes your product images to generate optimized content
- ❌ Does NOT guarantee Etsy policy compliance
- ❌ Does NOT make purchasing decisions for you
- ❌ Does NOT access your Etsy payment information
Etsy's Creativity Standards
Etsy ONLY allows three types of items:
✅ Handmade Items
Items you make yourself or with help from members of your shop. You must be involved in the design and production process.
✅ Vintage Items
Items that are at least 20 years old.
✅ Craft Supplies
Tools, ingredients, or materials whose primary purpose is for creating something.
Prohibited Items on Etsy
The following items are strictly prohibited on Etsy:
- Mass-produced items - Items made by a manufacturer or third party
- Resold commercial goods - Items purchased from retailers or wholesalers
- Items made entirely by others - You must be involved in production
- Weapons and weapon accessories
- Drugs, drug paraphernalia, and medical drugs
- Hazardous materials and recalled items
- Pornography and mature content
- Items promoting hate, violence, or discrimination
- Counterfeit or unauthorized items
- Items infringing intellectual property rights
AI-Generated Content & Etsy
Important guidelines for AI-generated products:
- Purely AI-generated digital files may NOT qualify as "handmade"
- You must disclose if your product is AI-generated
- Physical products with AI-generated designs ARE allowed if YOU produce them
- You must be involved in the creative process beyond just prompting AI
Note: Pixoria's AI generates LISTING CONTENT (titles, tags, descriptions), not the products themselves. Your actual products must still comply with Etsy's handmade/vintage/supplies requirements.
Data & Privacy
When you connect your Etsy shop to Pixoria:
- We use OAuth 2.0 for secure authentication
- We ONLY request the minimum permissions needed (read shop info, create listings)
- We DO NOT access your Etsy payment information or financial data
- We DO NOT share your Etsy data with third parties
- You can disconnect your Etsy shop at any time
- All data is encrypted in transit and at rest
Your Responsibilities
By using Pixoria's Etsy integration, you agree to:
- Ensure your products qualify as handmade, vintage, or craft supplies
- Review all AI-generated content before publishing to Etsy
- Comply with all Etsy policies, terms of service, and local laws
- Not infringe on trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights
- Accurately represent your products in listings
- Respond to customer inquiries and fulfill orders promptly
- Pay all applicable Etsy fees and taxes
- Not use Pixoria to create spam or abusive listings

DISCLAIMER: THIS APPLICATION IS SOLELY PROVIDED BY PIXORIA. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ETSY, INC. AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT THE APPLICATION DEVELOPER, DO NOT PROVIDE THE APPLICATION SERVICE, AND MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THE APPLICATION OR DATA ACCESSED THROUGH IT.
Pixoria is not responsible for:
- Etsy account suspensions or policy violations
- Listing rejections or removals by Etsy
- Lost sales or business opportunities
- Intellectual property disputes
- Changes to Etsy's API or policies
