1. Overview
At Pixoria, we strive to provide the best AI-powered image generation service. Due to the consumable nature of our digital service (credits are used instantly to generate images), we maintain a strict but fair refund policy.
Payment Processing: All payments are securely processed by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's Services Agreement.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
- You retain full access to your plan and credits until the period ends
- No refund is provided for the current billing period
- Your subscription will not renew automatically
- You can reactivate your subscription anytime before the period ends
3. Refund Eligibility
Eligible for refund:
- Technical issues preventing service usage for more than 24 hours
- Double billing or payment processing errors on our end
- Cancellation within 48 hours of subscription with zero credits used
Not eligible for refund:
- Dissatisfaction with generated image quality (subjective)
- Credits already used, even partially
- Change of mind after using the service
- Cancellation after 48 hours of subscription start
- Unused credits at the end of billing period (credits don't roll over)
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the charge:

- Include your account email and transaction details
- Explain the reason for your refund request
- We will respond within 48 business hours
- Refund timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days via Stripe to your original payment method
5. Partial Refunds
In case of confirmed technical issues or service failures, we may offer:
- Pro-rated refund based on unused credits
- Bonus credits as compensation
- Free month extension
The compensation method is determined on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
6. EU Consumer Rights
For customers in the European Union (including Belgium), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU. However, by subscribing and using your credits, you expressly agree to waive this right as the digital service is fully executed upon credit usage, in accordance with Belgian consumer protection law (Book VI of the Code of Economic Law).
7. Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank without contacting us first, your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation. We encourage you to contact our support team to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this refund policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
